‘Such a lovely dance academy with friendly staff and students. My daughters confidence has grown so much since joining DDTA. She looks forward to her AcroDance lesson and enjoys coming home to show me her achievements. She used to dread performing at shows but we can see a huge smile now when she’s on stage.

My daughter started dancing with Sally a few years ago and subsequently moved with her when she expanded to the new Dronfield studio, being a student helper for some of the time as well as a regular student .

She soon made life long friends with the other students as well as the wonderful teaching staff who always encouraged and supported her through shows, auditions, exams, and classes. This stood her in good stead and through the years she became a confident and determined young lady not just in dance but it helped her immensely to get where she is today continuing with her love of dance and music so much she was accepted by audition to study for a musical theatre degree in Chichester.

Thankyou to all the staff, just goes to show what can be achieved with good support and excellent tuition.

Dronfield Dance School is more than just a dance school, it’s a place where your children build their confidence where they learn more than a dance routine they learn life skills and how to be proud of their achievements. I started dancing at DDTA last September, wanting to return to dance for exercise, enjoyment and relaxation. I started with ballet and now I also do tap and jazz classes too.

I love the ethos at DDTA. We all need reminders to be positive! Sally and the team know their dancers really well. They know what drives you and are therefore able to help you improve and develop. Sally has helped me to think about my technique and has given me great tips to help me improve. We have had the opportunity to do an adult ballet exam and are doing a second one in January. I am also looking forward to taking part it the upcoming show. I have always loved to dance and feel so lucky to be able to do it at DDTA.

As a grown up who just loves to dance this dance school is wonderful.

I learned ballet for years when I was young, but my teacher was really only interested in the dancers who were really good and/or had a promising dance career ahead. Sally is a fantastic teacher and in the adult classes I’ve found that shape, size, age and ability don’t matter – if you want to learn to dance (and have fun doing it) this is the dance school for you
